Due to continued expansion we require an Accounts Assistant in our Aberdeen office.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Financial Controller
- Helping with the preparation of management accounts and reports
- Assisting with debtor queries and debt collection
- Assist in the accurate recording and valuation of stock holdings
- Issue credit card statements & ensure expenses are submitted in time
- Other general office duties
Previous experience within an accounts department would be an advantage. You will need to be a team player with a good standard of English and Maths. You must have an eye for detail and be able to demonstrate a reasonable standard of IT skills in using word and excel.
