Airpac Oilfield Services, Aberdeen is very pleased to announce the successful implementation of an integrated Quality and Environmental Management system. This has resulted in Airpac being awarded the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Standard and ISO 14001:1996 Environmental Standard.

The driving force behind gaining such accreditation is to assess our methods of working and in turn ensure we continue to improve the service levels that drive our business. An important component of the ISO accreditation is our ability to accurately monitor customer satisfaction levels offered by the equipment and services we provide. Airpac monitors this by using First Point Assessment Ltd's (FPAL) customer feedback forms.

Due to the sensitive environments that we work in prevention of pollution is of primary importance to the company and we are committed to reducing the impact of our operations and processes on the environment by engaging in a process of continual improvement.

Our activities are planned and performed to minimise environmental impact and to comply with contractual and legislative requirements.

Airpac will fulfil this commitment by:

• Complying with all relevant environmental legislation and regulations, as well as voluntary codes;


• The ongoing assessment of environmental impacts;


• Taking measures to prevent environmental pollution and plan for the minimisation of impact should any incidents occur;


• Setting and reviewing environmental objectives and targets as a basis for continual improvement;


• Conservation of resources and recycling of renewable resources; and


• Regularly reviewing the performance of the Environmental Management System for continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness.

Responsibility for implementing and maintaining the Environmental Policy resides with the Commercial/Operations Manager.

The Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality representative is responsible for ensuring the requirements of the Environmental Management System are implemented and maintained in accordance with the requirements of BS EN ISO 14001.

All Airpac employees have a duty to act in accordance with this Environmental Policy.
