The range of Nitrogen Membrane
units Airpac Bukom can supply are capable of producing on site generated
nitrogen to a purity level of 96%, in volumes from 850 scfm
to 3000 scfm. Higher purity levels may be obtained at the expense
of volume.
A typical outlet pressure would be 14 barg (205 psig). Normal
N2 discharge temperature would be 35 degrees centigrade at
a dewpoint of –70
degrees, making this an ideal solution for purging pipelines
and Underbalanced Drilling applications.
Each unit is fitted with an automatic fail-safe system, which
ensures that the N2 purity levels specified for the process
are maintained. The purity of the delivered N2 is constantly
monitored and any non-compliant gas is vented safely to the
atmosphere.
Inlet air is fed through an integral air treatment system which
removes oil and water condensate from the inlet air which then
filters out any hydrocarbons and any other gases.
