Airpac Bukom Oilfield Services operates
the largest fleet of Zone II Air Compressors in the Oil and Gas
industry. The Zone II range with inbuilt aftercooler are available
in two models, offering volumes of 11.3m3/min (400scfm) and 21.2m3/min (750scfm) with pressure
up to 10.3barg (150 psig).
Mounted in a protective DNV 2.7-1 or BS7072 certified lifting cage with
built in drip trays and the ability to stack, the range
offers excellent space efficiency on deck and in confined space
applications.
The compressor is fitted as standard with pneumatic starting,
cooling fan and controls, a Pyroban exhaust gas cooler (ensuring
surface
temperature does not rise above 200°C), a spark arrestor, and
an automatic engine overspeed shutdown, to safeguard against
the unlikely event of gas ingestion. Delivered air is after
cooled and moisture separated prior to compressor outlet, thus
reducing friction loss in delivery lines.
